PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:

For dog coats only:
To eliminate problems with measurements and fittings we now do as standard a ‘mock coat’ (free of charge) for customers to try on their dog before making up the real coat. On receipt of your order we will make up a trial sample coat according to your measurements and send it to you. If the sample does not fit your dog, this will give you the opportunity to let us know by marking any alterations on it. Then all you have to do is send the sample back to us along with your payment. This has proven to be very popular with our customers. Please allow 7 to 10 days from the date the mock is returned to us for your dog coat to be made and dispatched. In busy periods this could take up to 14 days.

For ALL orders:
As goods are delivered by Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or undelivered. If you would like to be able to track your goods you may have them sent by Recorded Delivery. If you would like Recorded Delivery please let us know in the comments field when placing an order and add 75p to your order.
